| We the UNDERSIGNED as per the Tennessee State Constitution article 1 section 23, petition the state of Tennessee and Governor Phil Bredesen to recognize and redress our grievances. We also call for the termination of the following state officials and employees for violating their responsibilities and obligations to the citizens of this great state: State Comptroller John Morgan, along with Dennis Dycus, Gleen McKay, as well as various responsible city and county officials. |
